Your Impact
We’re looking for a Director, Sales to drive growth in North America and establish Osmos.ai as the partner of choice for retailers and brands. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll build and execute our go-to-market sales strategy, lead enterprise SaaS deals, and lay the foundation for a high-performing, scalable sales team.
What You Will Do
- Drive revenue growth across North America by designing and executing Osmos.ai’s go-to-market sales strategy.
- Lead complex enterprise SaaS deals with 6–9 month cycles, guiding prospects from initial engagement through solution design, negotiation, and closing with senior stakeholders.
- Expand and deepen retailer partnerships, leveraging existing relationships while cultivating new strategic opportunities across the North American market.
- Act as the voice of the customer, translating market insights into actionable input for product development and marketing strategies.
- Build and scale the sales organization—developing playbooks, optimizing pipeline management and forecasting, and hiring future team members.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless client experiences and strong value delivery.
- Represent Osmos.ai externally at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, positioning the company as a thought leader in retail media.
- Own forecasting and KPI achievement, reporting directly to the CEO of Europe & the Americas.
You'll Thrive If You Have:
- 10+ years of experience in digital media, ad-tech, mar-tech, or SaaS—ideally with a strong focus on retail media.
- Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions into retailers and brands, with demonstrable relationships across the retail ecosystem.
- Comfortable managing complex enterprise sales cycles (6–9 months) with multiple stakeholders, from CMOs to category merchants.
- Skilled at driving new business while expanding existing accounts, balancing pipeline growth with long-term client partnerships.
- Ideally, you’ve worked in retail media or ad-tech, bringing market insights and credibility.
- Thrive in a startup environment: adaptable, resourceful, and excited to build.
- Skilled at capturing customer voices and converting them into product features and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption.
- High intellectual curiosity with the ability to learn quickly and translate complex technology into client-friendly terms.
