Your Impact:
We are looking for a data-driven and strategically-minded Business Analyst to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will transform customer data into actionable insights, helping our Customer Success Managers optimize customer experience, adoption, and retention.
What You'll Do:
Data Analysis & Insights
Perform in-depth analysis of clients and campaign data to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities.
Structure and manage large data sets using Python, BigQuery, and Excel to ensure accuracy and usability.
Generate actionable insights that improve campaign performance, customer experience, and retention.
Create and maintain dashboards/reports to track performance metrics tied to revenue and success outcomes.
Campaign Optimization
Partner with Customer Success Managers to analyze client data, assess performance, and recommend optimization strategies.
Measure client effectiveness against defined KPIs and provide insights to improve ROAS and client satisfaction.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with Customer Success Managers, Product, Sales teams to align insights with business priorities.
Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with data-driven insights for key accounts.
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable data insights and reports.
Process Improvement & Reporting
Recommend and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within Customer Success operations.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across reporting systems.
You'll Thrive If You Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role (preferably in SaaS/B2B environment).
Proficiency in Python, BigQuery, Excel, Data Analysis.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into business insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
