Your Impact

The AVP will be the growth architect for the Osmos product partner ecosystem. This is a senior, high-impact role focused on monetization strategy, ad-tech alliances, programmatic partnerships, and large-scale agency/brand collaborations.

You will be expected to leverage your expertise in digital advertising, GTM partnerships, and ecosystem growth to build scalable revenue streams and long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do

Monetization & Ad Partnerships

  • Build and scale monetization opportunities through programmatic, display, OTT/CTV, and hyperlocal advertising solutions.

  • Drive direct deals, PMP/RTB partnerships, and agency-led ecosystem growth.

Strategic Alliances & Agency Relationships

  • Lead partnerships with media agencies, brands, SSPs/DSPs, and ecosystem players to accelerate adoption of Osmos.

  • Establish joint business plans, ensure long-term growth, and close multi-crore partnership deals.

Partner Growth & GTM

  • Design and execute GTM strategies with partners to maximize adoption.

  • Build revenue accountability through joint planning, category focus, and outcome-based partnerships.

Cross-Functional Impact

  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to influence roadmap and deliver partner-first solutions.

  • Build training, playbooks, and enablement for agencies and ecosystem players.


Leadership & Ecosystem Building

  • Represent Osmos.ai at industry events, forums, and CXO-level discussions.

  • Mentor internal teams on best practices in programmatic, OTT/CTV, and digital ad monetization.

You’ll Thrive If You Have

  • 12–15 years of experience in ad-tech, digital media, or programmatic partnerships, with proven success in monetization and large-scale alliances.

  • Strong background in agency and brand partnerships, programmatic advertising (DSP/SSP, RTB, PMP), OTT/CTV ads, and ecosystem partnerships.

  • Demonstrated track record of negotiating and closing multi-crore deals across FMCG, BFSI, Auto, Travel, and eCommerce categories.

  • Ability to drive GTM strategy, P&L ownership, and revenue growth through partnerships.

  • Excellent CXO-level stakeholder management and strategic negotiation skills.

  • Thrives in startup environments; ability to balance strategy with execution.
