Your Impact: We’re building our Technical Support team with curious, driven freshers who enjoy problem-solving and learning by doing. As a Tech Support Engineer, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical issues—debugging problems, supporting customers, and working closely with engineering and product teams to keep the platform running smoothly.
This role is ideal for candidates at the start of their careers who want hands-on exposure to SaaS systems, real production issues, and modern tech stacks.
What You'll Do:
Provide L1 technical support via tickets, email, and chat.
Perform basic debugging using logs, dashboards, and internal tools.
Assist in writing or modifying Python scripts for validations or checks (with guidance).
Monitor platform health and report anomalies proactively.
Document issues, learnings, and resolutions in the knowledge base.
Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams with clear observations and steps to reproduce.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and customer success teams to understand and resolve issues.
You'll Thrive If You Have:
0–1 years of experience (freshers welcome).
A strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to debug and learn.
Basic knowledge of Python (college projects, coursework, or self-learning is fine).
Familiarity with Linux commands, APIs, and basic networking concepts
Ability to explain technical issues clearly and calmly.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts if required.
A proactive attitude—asks questions, takes ownership, and improves fast.
