Your Impact:
As the Sales Director at our Retail Media AdTech SaaS Company, you will lead our sales efforts to drive revenue growth and expand our client base in India and the SA region. Leveraging your deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape and proven sales leadership experience, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with key clients and partners. What You'll Do:
Focus on Net Revenue Retention (NRR) - ensuring renewals, client satisfaction, and long-term growth.
Focus on Upsell & Cross-sell - driving incremental revenue from existing accounts.
Individual Contributor (IC) role - requires independent ownership and accountability.
Drive expected results in product adoption by monitoring key product metrics and understanding business dynamics & user behavior
Being the Client’s advocate inside OSMOS to meet the Client’s needs
Host product demos, training, and onboarding processes for existing & prospective Clients
You'll Thrive If You Have:
At least 8 years of experience in client management, account management, or related roles
Proven track record of leading diverse teams, consultants, and client portfolio
Strong sales flair with ability to build and expand client relationships.
Consultative account management approach — acting as a trusted advisor, not just a seller.
Self-starter, motivated, and proactive — thrives in autonomy with limited oversight.
Skilled at engaging senior CxO stakeholders in enterprise accounts.
Previous experience in tech /e-commerce startups/ SaaS startups is strongly preferred
