Your Impact:
As a Project / Program Manager at Osmos, you will lead the execution and delivery of complex, cross-functional programs tied to our product, client onboarding, integrations, campaign operations, and ongoing support. You will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, quality, SLA adherence, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination (both internal and external).
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales / Client Success, Operations, and possibly partner teams to drive initiatives from concept through deployment and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do:
Lead end-to-end delivery of programs (client onboarding, integrations, ad feature rollouts) with clear timelines, milestones, and outcomes
Coordinate across product, engineering, data, ops, QA, support, and external partners
Ensure delivery meets quality, scope, budget, and schedule targets; track and report program health
Serve as primary contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations and escalations
Align internal teams (product, engineering, ops, sales) and ensure resource availability
Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues.
Manage scope/timeline/resource changes with impact analysis and buy-in.
Estimate effort, track utilization, and manage program budgets.
Ensure cost efficiency and program profitability.
You'll Thrive If You Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field. (Master’s / MBA is a plus)
8+ years of experience in project / program management, preferably in ITES / ad-tech / SaaS / operations environments
At least 3–5 years managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs (internal + client-facing).
Deep understanding of operations, SLAs / KPIs, process frameworks, quality management, and governance
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (ability to interact with leadership, clients, technical teams)
Experience in agile & waterfall methodologies
Familiarity with tools like Notion, JIRA, Asana, Trello, Monday, etc
Strong analytical skills, comfort with metrics, dashboards, reporting
Risk / issue / change management experience
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
