Your Impact:
We’re looking for a design-first, detail obsessed, highly organized Brand Communications & Program Executive who understands how a brand should look, feel, speak, and show up in the world. This role is not a designer role but it requires someone with strong brand aesthetics, the ability to manage cross-functional programs end-to-end, and a deep understanding of how to distribute Osmos’ brand across podcasts, events, PR, and community.
You will be the bridge between external partners (event organizers, PR agencies, podcast guests) and internal teams (brand, design, content, founders). Your job is to ensure that Osmos shows up consistently, professionally, and powerfully across every touchpoint.
This role is perfect for someone who has handled brand communications, PR coordination, event marketing, and content-led brand initiatives and wants to own programs from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
1. PR & External Communications
Work with PR partners to position Osmos effectively in the market.
Draft foundational PR materials and support media outreach efforts.
Track coverage and ensure Osmos is consistently and accurately represented.
2. Thought Leadership & Podcast Program
Support the development of a strong thought-leadership pipeline through podcasts and related content.
Identify topics and guests that elevate Osmos’ brand narrative.
Coordinate recordings and production workflows while ensuring each episode reflects Osmos’ strategic messaging.
3. Brand Presence & Event Strategy
You won’t run the stall - you’ll shape how Osmos shows up.
Identify and evaluate events that strengthen Osmos’ visibility with the right audiences.
Coordinate with internal teams and event partners to ensure a cohesive, on-brand presence.
Oversee essential logistics at a high level and keep communication aligned across stakeholders.
4. Brand Assets & Collateral Management
Maintain oversight of core brand and sales-enablement collateral across events, PR, and community channels.
Ensure the right assets reach the right places at the right time with consistency.
Collaborate with marketing to keep collateral aligned and up-to-date.
You'll Thrive If You Have:
4-7 years in brand communications, event marketing coordination, PR coordination, or content-driven brand roles
Experience working with PR agencies and event organizers
Exposure to brand guidelines, brand identity and marketing collateral
Managed a podcast, webinar or content program (even partially)
Ability to write communication materials (scripts, basic PR notes, event briefs, emails)
Experience in SaaS or B2B technology companies
Familiarity with HubSpot, Notion, Trello, Figma, Canva
Comfort using GPT or AI tools for script writing, research, and basic content tasks
Past experience with community events, meetups, or digital brand campaigns
Strong understanding of brand perception and aesthetic judgement
Familiarity with PR, events management, and podcast/content production
A marketer who respects brand guidelines and knows how to bring consistency across touchpoints
Proactive thinker who can identify opportunities for Osmos to “show up” in the market
